Conditions of Hire This is not a self service business please be patient we will assist you. No smoking eating or drinking is permitted in the showroom. All merchandise is hired in good faith and the customer undertakes that everything will be returned in an undamaged condition.  The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods for the duration of the hire period. A deposit of R100.00 is required: 1. To reserve any item or outfit. 2. It is not refundable if the order is cancelled within one month of the function date. 3. If the order is cancelled prior to the last month then 50% will be refunded. 4. It will be used if any garments require specialized cleaning or simple repairs. 5. It will be used if garments are returned late then a surcharge is levied of R100.00 p/day 6. It will be used if garments are damaged and cannot be repaired for further use or if any garments or items are not returned at all.  The customer is then responsible for the balance of the amount as per the price list on display in the showroom. ALL outfits and accessories are due back by noon the next day.  Suits hired for the weekend can be collected from noon on Friday and are due back on Monday by noon.  A surcharge of R100.00 per day per outfit will be levied for late returns. Customers must ensure that all orders are correct on collection. Payment: Cash, Debit or Credit card.  No cheques accepted.  I D must be presented.
